He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in the faculty of Mechanics. He holds a postgraduate diploma in real estate appraisal at the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography of the aforementioned university. From 1990 to 2005, he was the owner and CEO of CONEX company specializing in the production and assembly of steel structures for the Oil & Gas and energy industries. In 2005, he assumed the position of the president of the Management Board of PA CONEX Ltd. Starting from 2010, he held analogical position at Amontex Ltd. In the following years he was an advisor to the Management Board for contracts in ELWO company and the director for concluding and executing contracts in Izotechnik Ltd. In 2013, he was appointed the president of the Management Board of Ponar Solution, and in 2018 he took the position of a vice-president of the Management Board of Mostostal Chojnice Ltd. From January to December 2020, he was the director of operations at Zamet SA. He has been holding the position of the president of the Management Board of FAMUR FAMAK SA since December 2020.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice and completed postgraduate studies in financial engineering at the Toulouse Business School and the Silesian International School of Commerce. He is also a graduate of the Executive MBA program (US), organized by the University of Warsaw. Since the beginning of his career, he has been associated with the TDJ Capital Group. In the years 2007-2013 he managed the Investor Relations Office of FAMUR SA. He also held the position of Strategic Project Manager at TDJ SA and Financial Director at NiUW Glinik of Gorlice. Since May 2014 he has been a member of the Management Board of FAMUR FAMAK SA as Vice President of the Board. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of FUGO SA.

He is a graduate of the MA studies in Marketing and Management at the Poznań University of Economics. He also completed post-graduate studies in logistics project management and a manager development program at ICAN Institute.

He has over 15 years of experience in management positions in production, trade and distribution. Since 2001, he has been associated with the Cersanit Group, where he recently held the position of Director of Operations for the Eastern Europe region and was responsible for managing six production plants in Russia and Ukraine. In January 2020 he took up the position of Vice President of the Management Board in FAMUR FAMAK SA. From January to September 2020, member of the Management Board of FUGO sp. z o.o.

Since 1998, she has been a member of management boards of companies affiliated with TDJ Group. She has been a member of Management Board of FAMUR SA since 2002, i.e. since formation of the Group began. Her responsibilities include adapting new companies in the Group to the International Accounting Standards and acquiring funds. In 2016, she was appointed President of Management Board of KOPEX SA (afterwards PRIMETECH SA).

President of the Management Board of TDJ sp. z o.o., responsible for corporate governance of the entire Group, with which he has been affiliated since 1992. He held managerial positions in many group companies, actively participating in multiple investments and acquisitions. Currently, he is a member of managerial bodies and supervisory boards of multiple entities of the TDJ corporate group. He specializes in matters related to capital market and corporate finances. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Production of the Cracow University of Economics. He also completed Postgraduate Course in Management based on MBA structure at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Jacek Leonkiewicz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, the CBS (CEMS MIM) in Copenhagen and studied in Madrid. His career started in the J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch in London. Subsequently, he worked in PKO TFI, where he was involved in the stock market analysis, especially in the area of real estate, industrial, construction and transport businesses. Between 2013 and 2015, he was the managing director in the area of corporate governance and privatization in PKP SA, where he supervised the privatization processes in the PKP Group. He led i.a. the listing and the ABB of the PKP Cargo company. Between January 2015 and March 2016, he was the CEO of PKP Intercity SA Since April 2016 he has served as the managing partner in the TDJ Group, where he is responsible for corporate governance. Jacek Leonkiewicz is also a member of the supervisory boards of TDJ Group companies: FPM, Odlewnia Śrem SA, Pioma Odlewnia, Pemug SA, ZBM and PGO.

Ireneusz Kazimierski is a graduate in chemical technology from the Faculty of Chemistry of the Technical University of Łódź. He holds a certificate of the business management development programme issued by ICAN Institute Harvard Business. He commenced his professional career at Ceramika Paradyż in 1999. Later, he worked for companies such as Ultra Pack and Rovese Group (Cersanit, Opoczno), climbing up the management ladder. As the CEO of Rovese he was responsible for implementing the development strategy, engaging in the transformation process of the company into a global organization. From November 2017 to March 2019 he was the CEO in Narzędzia i Urządzenia Wiertnicze “GLINIK” sp. z o.o. in Gorlice. From November 2017 to November 2019 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of PGO SA. Since November 2019 he has been a member of the Management Board in FAMUR where he performs the function of Vice President - Business Development. From November 2019 to December 2020 he was the President of the Management Board in FAMUR FAMAK SA.

Tomasz Domogała obtained the degree of Master of Business Administration at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in the USA. He also holds diplomas of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow and the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering of the University of Loughborough in Great Britain. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of FAMUR SA since 2004, and its Chairman since 2010. In the same year, Tomasz Domogała also took over as Chairman of Supervisory Board of the TDJ fund and therefore assumed control of companies forming the portfolio as the owner of the entire TDJ Group. Among others, four large corporate groups are currently subsidiaries of the fund: FAMUR, KOPEX, Polska Grupa Odlewnicza and Zamet Industry. Tomasz Domogała also invests in the real estate market and in start-up companies. He established the TDJ for Education and Development Foundation supporting education and development of children and youths. In 2016, he assumed control of the KOPEX Group, thereby completing the biggest acquisition in the mining machine manufacturers industry in Poland.

Mirosław Bendzera graduated from the Cracow University of Economics in the field of Management and Marketing. He was a member of management bodies of such companies as Ponar Wadowice SA and Ponar Silesia SA; he also held a managerial position in Toyota Motor Poland Co. Ltd. Since 2009, he has been a member of management boards of companies affiliated with TDJ Group. He held the position of President of Management Board at Odlewnia Żeliwa Śrem SA, Pioma-Odlewnia sp. z o.o. and at Polska Grupa Odlewnicza SA. In October 2014, he took over as President of FAMUR SA.

Magdalena Zajączkowska-Ejsymont is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the University of Lodz. She is a licensed investment advisor. She started her professional career in PZU AM SA as a stock analyst and later as an investment advisor. Subsequently, she served as the deputy equity portfolio manager at Amplico PTE SA. Between 2009 and 2015, she was the Deputy Head of the Equity Investment Department in PKO TFI SA Between 2013 and 2015 she also held the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board and an Audit Committee Chairman in PKP Intercity SA From February 2015 until March 2015, she was a Board Member in PKP Intercity S.A and was responsible for: finances, purchases, warehouse management, IT, audit and control, standards and quality, client service including the conductor services and HR. Between 2008 and 2014 she was also the president and vice-president of the Polish Association of Brokers and Investment Advisors. Since April 2016 she has been a managing partner in TDJ Equity, where she is responsible for corporate governance. Moreover, she is a member of the supervisory boards of TDJ group companies.

Tomasz Jakubowski graduated from the Silesian University of Technology in Katowice, Faculty of Transport. He also graduated postgraduate business management studies based on the structure of the MBA program organized by the Warsaw School of Economics in collaboration with the University of Minnesota (USA). During his professional career Tomasz Jakubowski has held executive positions and he has been a member of the boards of numerous limited companies of the TDJ Group, including Zakłady Mechaniczne Zamet SA and FMG Pioma SA. In 2003-2010 he was in function of the President and Vice President of Management Board in FAMUR SA. He was also the President of Fabryka Zmechanizowanych Obudów Ścianowych FAZOS SA. He was a member of the Supervisory Board in Kompania Węglowa SA starting from July 2012, and from May 2014 to January 2015 he was the Deputy CEO for Restructuring and Development in the aforementioned company. Since May 2015 Tomasz Jakubowski has been in function of the Deputy CEO of Zamet SA. In addition, within the structure of the Zamet Group he was in function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zamet-Budowa Maszyn SA (from August 2017 to September 2018) and the CEO of Zamet Industry sp. o.o. (from January to September 2018). Currently, he is a member of the Management Board of FAMUR SA as the Vice President / COO - Underground Segment.
