Call for share documents
The Management Board of FAMUR FAMAK SA with its registered office in Kluczbork (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in connection with Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act - Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts, calls on all shareholders of the Company to submit the share documents held in order to dematerialize them. Share documents should be submitted at the company's registered office, i.e. ul. Fabryczna 5, 46-200 Kluczbork. This call is the first of the five required by the aforementioned regulation.
